Health and Safety Awareness Course
This course -

Is designed so that delegates will be able to identify common hazards and know how to avoid them, respond effectively when accidents happen, understand legal obligations and their duties/responsibilities under the current legislation.

Health and Safety at Work Related Legislation.

Accident prevention.

Health and hygiene.

Manual handling.

Working at heights.

Working with electricity, underground/overhead cables and other services.

Use of hand held equipment.

Safe use of vehicles.

Noise and vibration.

Fire prevention.

Excavation and confined spaces.

The control of substances hazardous to health.

First aid.

Multiple choice paper, 75% pass mark
